Making products with Intention

Sustainability is built into how Billie approaches her merchandise, from apparel to vinyl. The goal is to reduce impact while maintaining quality, longevity, and design integrity.

Responsible Materials

Billie prioritizes organic and recycled fibers wherever possible across merchandise.

For vinyl releases, select records are pressed using Eco-Mix — a 100% recycled compound made from leftover vinyl flash and excess color that would otherwise go to waste. Each disc is unique, with natural variations created through the recycling process.

Across merchandise and music formats, materials are selected with longevity and lower environmental impact in mind.

Thoughtful Production & Packaging

Billie works with production partners who align with her environmental standards, continuously evaluating how materials are sourced, manufactured, and distributed.

Packaging is approached with the same care — minimizing excess and prioritizing recyclable and lower-impact materials wherever possible.

Examples include:

FSC® certified recycled paper and board

Plant-based inks and water-based coatings

Recyclable, shrink-wrap-free sleeves

Shipping boxes made with up to 93% recycled material

circularity & upcycled programs

Giving Merch a Second Life

Through ongoing upcycled initiatives, past tour merchandise and excess materials are repurposed in collaboration with sustainability-focused partners. Rather than discarding product, Billie’s team looks for ways to extend its life and reduce waste.

Collaborations include:

LOST LOVE — transforms previously worn garments into one-of-a-kind pieces using 100% post-consumer materials, produced in the USA through a zero-waste approach.

SUAY — repurposes post-consumer textiles through fully circular recycling programs, diverting millions of pounds of material from landfill and extending the life of existing garments.
